Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @M Bilal

I appreciate you providing screenshots about your concern. Let me assist in resolving this opening balance issue. I'd like to give some information and point you in the right direction.

To fix this, double-check the opening balance for the account you're reconciling and make sure your opening balance is correct before checking your beginning balance.

We can fix the beginning balance issues by double-checking that the opening balance is accurate. Here's a list of things on what to do:

  1. Check the opening balance in QuickBooks.
  2. Compare the opening balance with your real-life account.
  3. Review your account register.

If the balances match, you entered the opening balance correctly. Move on to Step 3. If the opening balance in QuickBooks doesn't match your bank records, correct it:

  1. In QuickBooks, select the opening balance entry to expand the view.
  2. In the Deposit column, edit the balance to match your bank records.
  3. Select Save.

Let me know if you have other concerns or questions about reconciling your account or other product concern. I'll get back to help you. Have a great day.
