You are lucky so far, mine has been crashing (shutting down) since i started 2022.  The consensus is QB wants to turn everyone to online programing.   They are well aware of the problem and tell you to call support, i've spent hours on the phone with them to no avail. All wasted time.  Mine usually crashes when i am going to print anything, reports, checks, deposit slips, etc... have to restart the program and then it works for a little while.  You never know when it's going to happen so be aware now that's it happening to you.  I would wait on 2023 until you know the issue has been resolved.  Keep a watchful eye on posts regarding this.
