I have the same Issue on QuickBooks 2023...  It's up to date and I can not cut it off.  We are a Windows user, recently installed QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2023 in a 3 user environment.  The server hosts the file.

(I can't even tell you how difficult getting it to host multi user. Hours on the phone to fix that... And moved the shared directory to a place on the server we don't normally share. That's now working but I'm not happy about the new file location).

A call into the support team these days is miserable!  (They can't transfer you and if you get someone who doesn't know anything about your issue, it's a pain.)  I'd rather have each hair on my head pulled out individually and the have each toenail individually ripped out with a pair of pliers than to call into support.  I can't take it!

Right now - I just want to cut off Automatic Updates and I don't want to call.  (The support is awful these days... Nobody knows everything!  So - You guys should really do something about the transfer thing or something.  I've used QuickBooks since you guys started.  Because of support, the now recurring annual fees along with payroll subscription and numerous issues that we can't fix ourselves... UGHHHH! (I'm pretty computer savvy.... And that is also frustrating calling support.  The lady actually emailed me a written link about how to get to glance!  I TOLD her the security settings were too high on the server to allow that.  But she refused to answer my question without Glance... She was sure I didn't know how to type.  I'm still frustrated over it.  Anyway - Don't want to talk to support.  Email me, or have someone who knows about this subject reach out to me.
