I'm here to share some information about using macOS Ventura in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Mac 2021, @RLBeckham.
Just to clarify, are you having an issue with printing or saving the template as PDF with a logo in your invoice? If so, after releasing an update for Ventura, our developers discovered a few problems. Users may consequently encounter problems with menus, tabs, and printing. Don't worry. A long-lasting solution is already being developed.
As a workaround, edit your invoice template. Here's how:
- Right-click (Ctrl+click if you don’t have right-click enabled) on the logo.
- Under Arrange click Send Backward.
- Do this a couple of times to make sure it’s as back as it can be.
- Once you’ve done this, just go to File, then click Save and close out of the Layout Designer.
Try printing the invoice again using the template you were editing.
