I'm here to share some information about using macOS Ventura in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Mac 2021, @RLBeckham

Just to clarify, are you having an issue with printing or saving the template as PDF with a logo in your invoice? If so, after releasing an update for Ventura, our developers discovered a few problems. Users may consequently encounter problems with menus, tabs, and printing. Don't worry. A long-lasting solution is already being developed.

As a workaround, edit your invoice template. Here's how:

  1. Right-click (Ctrl+click if you don’t have right-click enabled) on the logo.
  2. Under Arrange click Send Backward.
  3. Do this a couple of times to make sure it’s as back as it can be.
  4. Once you’ve done this, just go to File, then click Save and close out of the Layout Designer.

Try printing the invoice again using the template you were editing.

However, if you haven't updated the system to Ventura, you can check out these resources to learn how to fix crashing and printing issues in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac:

Click the Reply button and post a comment if you have any further queries concerning the system requirements for QBDT Mac or any other product issues. I would be happy to help you. Enjoy your day and be careful.
