The option to mark as inactive does not appear in the Batch Actions in QB Desktop Pro Plus 2022. 

It does require fewer steps to do it in Income Tracker, so that was a great tip. But it still does not mark them as inactive in a batch - it will only do it individually. Also, you cannot enter a custom date range on the dates. So if you want to go back farther than the last fiscal year, you have to use "All" under the date selection option.
