I'm here to share additional information with the 10-digit E-file PIN, @Chappy1.

You'll get the 10-digit E-file PIN after enrolling on the IRS e-file program. After the IRS receives your enrollment, you’ll get a 10-digit e-file PIN by mail. If you didn’t get a 10-digit e-file pin or are unsure where you can find it in the mail that you've received, I suggest reaching out to the IRS E-file services for further guidance. You can get their phone number by checking out this article: Handle payroll e-file and e-pay rejections. Just scroll down to the Don’t know your PIN? Contact the IRS part.

Then, follow the steps outlined in this article: E-file and e-pay federal forms and taxes in QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Enhanced for more information on how to set up, e-pay, e-pay, and e-file your federal forms.

From here, you can now check an e-file and the e-payment status. See this article for more information: Check e-file or e-pay status. It'll guide you on how to check the status and identify what it means.

Let me know if you need further information about the 10-digit e-file PIN. I'm always here to answer them for you. Enjoy the rest of the week!
