The general entry for any accrual expense is: 

 

First Entry:

 

Debit: Expense

Credit: Accrued Liability Account

 

Payment against accrued liability next month

 

Second Entry

 

debit: the account for accrued liabilities

Credit: Bank A/C

 

How do we make this entry in QBO.
