It appears packing slips has been an issue in QB online for some time. We need to print a packing slip BEFORE we invoice. The packing slip should say "Packing Slip" and not "Invoice".  Also, it should NOT price pricing on it. This is a pretty basic function so I can't understand with Intuit hasn't addressed this issue.
