We don't want you to feel this inconvenience, @cmatthews1704. I want to ensure your issue with removing the Discovery Hub pop-up is taken care of.
I understand that unnecessary pop-ups can affect your time while navigating QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). If you haven't yet, let's turn off the pop-up ads in QBDT to remove unnecessary pop-ups. Here's how:
- Go to the Edit menu, then select Preferences.
- Click General from the left menu.
- Select the My Preferences tab.
- Check the Turn off pop-up messages for products and services box.
- Click OK.
If you get the same result after turning off the option, I suggest sending feedback directly to our product engineers. This way, they can review this Discovery Hub pop-up and consider removing it permanently. To send feedback, you can go to the Help menu and select Send Feedback Online. Then, enter your suggestion and click Send Feedback.
