We haven't received any updates yet that MacOS Ventura is 100% compatible with QB Mac 2021. That said, we can't guarantee it will run without any issues.

However, we can make sure that your QB Desktop for Mac 2021 version is updated. This is to ensure that you have the latest features and fixes.
