The most frequently used pages in QuickBooks Online should load in under 10 seconds. We continuously check our systems to make sure we are achieving this target.

Although QuickBooks Online is a web-based service, it also depends on the processing speed, RAM size, and Internet connection bandwidth of your computer or device to function as intended. A deficiency might impact performance in any area.

With that said, I recommend checking that your system meets the basic requirments to help narrow down the reason for the slow preformance. 

If your system seems to fit the basic requirements, you can always check the speed of your internet conntion (bandwidth) by running a Google Speed Test.
