i work for an MSP. we upgraded one of our customers to 2023 in september. everything was working fine until the last few weeks. they got an update to the latest version of r3. crashes have started since. i've got countless hours into trying to track down what is going on. have done every kind of troubleshooting you can imagine. QB support isn't much help. they blame the systems, they blame Microsoft. sure - the crashes happen on every workstation, in every company file for no particular reason across 3 different operating systems (windows 10, windows 11, server 2019) and it's a systems issue? 

this will probably cost me a customer because try as i might - i just can't seem to fix this issue. probably because it's not something i can fix.
