Buy nowWe just converted to QBOA from QB Desktop. We have been using QBO for certain clients in the past but not for our firm. Now that our firm is in QBO Advanced, I am unable to make deposits. The primary admin does not see "Manage Users" in his settings. So he cannot adjust the roles so that I may make bank deposits for our payments. In every single article I have looked up, there needs to be a "Manage Users" selection and that is not an option. Where did "Manage Users" go?
