So she had the same results as I with it downloading and then showing the document. (Yes, whether the pdf opens with browser or a different app is an Operating System setting.)  I tried to use the Chrome DevTool to catch any errors that I could forward to Intuit, but the tool plus google hasn't led me any closer to what may have changed. I'm getting really annoyed by the time this is wasting for me when I can't quickly view an attached file.
