I'm under the impression the Support Contracts are half of that, but I don't have a contract, so I could be wrong.

And I'd normally say go to Help and then Contact Us get the Support Number, but I'm hesitant to get the number out of your system.  The number you showed does not show up as a QBs number, but that may only be my generic search of the number. 

I'd suggest you log in to your camps.intuit.com account and then:

- Click on the ? (Help) in the upper right corner

- At the very bottom click on Contact Us

- Choose QuickBooks Desktop and click Continue

- Choose your Version and put "Support" in the question box and click Continue

You should end up on a screen that gives you the option to Chat or to put your Phone# in and they'll call you back when you're turn comes up. 

And one of the Employees here may have another option, but that is a safe way to make sure you've actually gotten to Intuit/QuickBooks Support.
