As of now, we haven't received reports that has the same issue as yours.

 

Let's perform some steps tp resolve the error. When the system detects a data integrity issues, you'll be prompted with an error. Before rebuilding the file, can you share with me the QuickBooks Desktop version you have?

 

In the meantime, let's verify the data again. Then, rebuild the file. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the File menu.
  2. Under Utilities, select Verify Data.

 

If you see a specific error message, try searching for it on our QuickBooks Desktop support site for specific instructions. If the system prompts you with Your data has lost integrity, there is data damage in the file. Continue to rebuild the data to correct the problem.
