I wish you didn't have to encounter issues with QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) for Mac not being able to print or make PDF files.
As per ATTN-10476, Intuit is working hard to ensure that supported versions of QuickBooks are compatible with macOS Ventura. This is the reason why you're experiencing unexpected behaviors when printing and creating PDF files. For now, we're unable to provide an exact date as to when the next updates will be. Rest assured that our team is currently investigating this issue and is coming up with a fix.
In addition, we can also reach out to our customer support to make a follow-up about the emails you've sent to us. Here's how:
- On your QBDT for Mac, go to Help and select QuickBooks Help.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of your concern and select Continue.
- Sign in to your Intuit account. Select Continue and then Continue with my account.
- You'll receive a single-use code. Enter that and select Continue.
- Choose between Chat with us and Have us call you.
