Hi there, spinman.

I can share additional information about viewing your data in QuickBooks Desktop.

To view your data, you can use your backup company file (.qbb) to restore your company file in QuickBooks Desktop. Here's how:

  1. Open your new version of QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Go to the File menu, then select Open or Restore Company.
  3. Select Restore a backup copy then Next.
  4. Browse your computer for your company file (.qbb), then select it to Open.

I've also included some articles in case you need some ideas about creating a backup, as well as modifying reports to acquire the data you need:

Feel free to comment below if you have clarifications about viewing your data in QuickBooks. I'll be happy to help you. Keep safe!
