I’ve checked here on my end and found out the investigation (INV-79008) is still marked as open. Rest assured, our engineering team is aware of this and is working to resolve this as soon as possible.
Also, to open a sample company file, you can follow the steps below.
- Open QuickBooks.
- In the No Company Open window, click the Open a sample file icon and choose a company file.
