Internet Explorer  takes Quick Books Pro Down!

IE was deleted from my WIN 10 PC.  No, it is not hiding somewhere to be restored by any of the fixes suggested.

I was able to download IE 11 from my cloud backup Carbonite but there is no way to install it.

This means Quick books and its files are in limbo.  Intuit needs to provide the fix for this.
