I am having the same issue. How did you resolve?  I have been e-filing my 941 since 2018. Today when I went to file, it was grayed out. I have my pin and I verified with the IRS it is still active.  When I attempted to continue it went through as though I had never filed and it was rejected. If we have our pin where do we get the submit to stop being gray so we can enter?
