This time, the option to make the customers inactive is unavailable. I’d recommend sending feedback to our Product Development Team. Let's share with them that you didn't want to delete them since you'll have to check their sales history in the previous years.
By doing so, your feedback helps our engineers prioritize what to do next. They’ll also make ways to use this for future updates.
Here’s how to submit your valued feedback:
- Go to https://intuit.uservoice.com/forums/19372.
- Under I suggest you box, enter your ideas or suggestions.
- You can also input the description of your idea.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Post idea.
Once done, you can also track anytime your submitted feedback through that website.
