There's nothing built into QB to help you do this.

If you want to export select transaction from an Enterprise (or any) QB file and then import them into another file, use our BRC Transaction Copier 

If you really want to convert your entire Enterprise file to Pro or Premier, then a better way is to use our BRC Enterprise to Pro/Premier Conversion Service
