this issue is not on my laptop.

The laptop that has my client's custom Estimate template is being serviced.

In my original post I tried to explain my client's laptop crashed. He sent it somewhere that will attempt to recover his data.

You remotely connecting to my laptop will not answer my question. This is a general question asking for the location of CUSTOM TEMPLATES.

All I want to know is the location on a C:\ drive of a CUSTOM TEMPLATE.

I found templates on my own personal laptop but I cannot locate CUSTOM TEMPLATES.

I don't know how else to explain this or what other words or phrases to use to explain my question.

Here is my original post:

"My client's computer crashed causing a loss of his beautiful Estimates custom template. The laptop is somewhere being serviced so he hopefully can at minimum get his qbw file. Where are Templates located so he can tell the service company the location of files he needs? He uses QB desktop, not sure what year he was using on his crashed laptop. He is now using QB Pro desktop 2022."
