The investigation (INV-73950) on this issue is still in progress. Here's the workaround you can perform as of the moment.

 

  1. Go to Excel, then bottom left in settings.
  2. Go to Save, and select the auto save feature
  3. Set the timer to 1 minute rather than the 10 minute default
  4. Any changes within the last 60 seconds is all that has to be recreated, rather than the last 10 minutes.

 

I also recommend contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Team so they can add your account to the case. That way, you'll receive updates via email once fixed.

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk, and then choose a way to connect.
