I'd like to verify an error message you've encountered when entering your password for us to help with the fixes. 

 

In the meantime, I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue, and private browsing doesn't store local files or cache. 

 

You can follow my colleagues steps above on how to use keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using. 

 

If you still get the same error message, I suggest checking this article to learn how to reset your password or recover your user ID for QuickBooks Online.
