As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to get reminder notifications when it is your time to pay bills or create expenses in QuickBooks. For now, you may need to consider a reminder schedule using a calendar or any app on your desktop to get notified in real-time.

- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Profile, select Feedback.
- Describe how creating a reminder schedule to create bills and expenses helps your business in QuickBooks.
- Select Next.
- Click Skip and send message.
