First, please know that this isn't the kind of experience we want you to have here in QuickBooks. As I check here on my end, I've found out that there's an ongoing investigation about QBDT crashing. Our Product Development Team is aware of this issue and is currently working on a fix.
I highly recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Desktop Support Team. This way, they can add you to the list of affected users. You'll then be one of the users who'll receive a notification once a fix is available.
- Open QuickBooks.
- Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Select Contact Us.
- Give a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk, and then choose a way to connect.
When using QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier, or Plus, please be aware that our support staff is available Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM. However, feel free to contact our support staff at any time, any day, If you're using QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.
