In QuickBooks, there are two available routes on how you can connect to them. It's either requesting a callback or initiating a chat option. You can do this within your program or via the web browser. Here's how:

 

Within QuickBooks Desktop

 

  1. In your company, select the Help menu and choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Then, click the Contact Us button.
  3. From there, enter a brief description of your issue.
  4. Next, select Let's talk and then choose a way to connect (chat or call).

 

Via web browser

 

  1. Head to the Contact us page at this link.
  2. Next, choose QuickBooks Desktop and click Continue.
  3. Choose your QuickBooks edition and enter a brief description of your issue. Then, select Continue.
  4. From there, choose a way you want to connect with them.

 

To ensure you'll be assisted immediately, I recommend visiting our support hours page to know the time and day when our support is available.
