You must have browsed the steps for printing the W-3 form in the online version, @bayougirl. I'd like to add some insights and walk you through how to do it on your QuickBooks Desktop.

You can print the form by navigating to the Payroll Center. Below are the steps applicable for QuickBooks Desktop Assisted and/or regular payroll (except Basic). 

1. Open the Employees menu, then choose Payroll Center.
2. Go to the File Forms tab.
3. From the File Forms area, select View/Print Forms & W-2s.
4. Click on the Filed Forms link.
5. Hit the Federal Employer Copy Of W-3 link.
6. Go through the Adobe Reader prompts to get a copy of the W3 form.
