Since you're unable to login to connect with our chat, I'd love to help continue the troubleshooting in the Community to get you back into QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

I see that you mentioned using multiple browsers and devices. Just to make sure we've covered all of our bases, have you tried to clear all the cache and cookies from your browser (all time option; the hyperlink points to QBO but this works for QBSE as well), and attempted to login using an Incognito or Private Browsing window? 

 

If you've tried these and you're still running into the issue, please let me know. I can submit a request to have someone reach out to further troubleshoot with you.
