I know this hasn't been an easy process for you, @WallyB. Let me provide some steps to fix your invoicing with Google Calendar.

To begin, let's establish a new connection with your invoicing app so you can get back to business in no time. Here's how to get an invoice with the Google Calendar app within QuickBooks Online:

  1. Proceed to Apps and select Find Apps.
  2. Enter Invoice with Google Calendar in the Search address and click the app.
  3. Select Get App Now.
  4. Follow the instructions on-screen to complete the integration.

For more information, please check out this article: Invoice with Google Calendar FAQs.

If the issue persists, I'd recommend reaching out to our Phone Support team. An agent can do a screen-share with you and verify what causes the error.

Let me know how this goes and leave a reply below. I'm just a post away and determine to help you. Have a good one.
