As of today the same thing is happening to me. It just started though. I've always had 2 monitors and the pop up dialog boxes were always on same screen. I don't know if it is because now I have 3 screens - 2 monitors and a laptop but all dialog now appears on my laptop screen. This is extremely frustrating and takes a lot of extra time.
