Buy nowI followed the instructions and QB found NO issues. No, it did not fix the issue. The problem is, I'm guessing, within the QB program itself and if you send a reminder to a customer and they still don't pay, the next time you view/generate a reminder QB says "I already sent a reminder for that invoice so I won't send it again unless the admin creates a new schedule." I can't explain this issue any more than I already have. Guess I have to live with it and create a new scheduled reminder every month.
