We are having an issue with QB crashing.  I called yesterday and jumped thru all of the regular hoops - it worked once and then not again.  The only way it works is disconnected from the internet.  Because of the reinstall yesterday, there isn't an installed tax table so we have to calculate the taxes.  Is it possible to download a tax table outside of the program and then put in the correct directory for QB to find it?  Also, note that technical support should have recognized that what we did yesterday wouldn't fix the issue of what is evidently a known problem.
