@Giovann_G  RE: I verified that the steps you took were correct. It should resolve the crashing issue you were having.

First, it'd be good to proof text your post. It's they, not it. Step -> It. Steps -> They.

And, no, they won't. QuickBooks is crashing because Intuit introduced one or more errors in the latest releases. There is nothing we can do to make the crashes go away. Intuit has to fix QuickBooks.

Almost every time I open a file with QuickBooks 2022 R5, one or more IPF are generated in some windows core file, which often makes Firefox hang. I then have to kill Firefox and restart it. Then when I open the next client file the same thing happens.

It's not the computer. It happens on every computer.

It's not the company file. It happens with every company file.

It's not a failed QuickBooks installation. It happens on every computer.

It's a buggy release. Intuit employees need to STOP positing the same nonsense things to try for this issue. We don't need another one of those posts, only to have another poster say they don't work. And they don't.  Just admit QuickBooks has a terrible bug and the engineers either 1) don't know how to fix it or 2) just haven't yet and will get to it someday when they feel an urge.

Hey, it's only been a few months. Let's not rush them. They probably have a lot of meetings to go to or something like that.
