This way, they can further investigate the root cause of the issue and provide additional steps to resolve this. Here's how:

 

  1. In your company file, select the Help menu.
  2. Then, click QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Next, select Contact Us.
  4. From there, enter a brief description of your issue.
  5. Select Let's talk and then choose a way to connect.
