I appreciate you taking the time to fix the login issue when running QuickBooks File Doctor by following the instructions provided in this thread.

 

The QuickBooks File Doctor should recognize your login credential since you can access your company file without any problem. I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Support. They can access your account and submit a ticket to investigate what's preventing QuickBooks File Doctor from recognizing your login information.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief description of your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect either Start a message or Get a callback.
