Buy nowAfter 1.5 hrs on the phone with customer "support", my issue remains unresolved. I was told the problem is my computer has a "memory leak"! or the processor is too slow.
I installed QB on a different laptop that far EXCEEDS the system requirements and the same thing is happening. I even tried to set the second install with a different email but QB locks up (vs shuts down) when I click that I want to set up an email account.
On the original computer, I was getting the message "out of memory".... with the second install (new laptop), the software locks up when I want to set up an email account.
any valid help would be greatly appreciated!
I think I did an update a few weeks prior to this problem occurring. Is there any way to restore prior to an update?
