Buy nowI'm struggling with the same issue in Windows 10 and QB 2020 Pro. I'm thinking it has to do with the integrated browser update they did as well. I tried to fully wipe out everything and do a completely fresh install on the affected machine to no avail. Like another poster, I installed on another machine (also WIndows 10) and everything worked fine.
I tried to make sure Internet Options on both machines were exactly the same to see if that helped. It did not.
One thing I just realized is that the new machine (which I primarily use to test other software) does NOT have Chrome installed on it like my production machine which is experiencing the issue. I have tried uninstalling it to see if this helps, but am wondering if the person who got it working on another machine has the same scenario.
