- Does this only happen to one computer? Or have you noticed this for all installations of QuickBooks on different computers?
- Have you tried using a different user both in QuickBooks and Windows?
- Is your Windows computer up to date?
- Have you noticed any error messages before the program crashes? If so, can you provide a screenshot of the error?
Any extra details you can provide will help me narrow this issue down as much as possible.
