I'll barge in and help you log in to your Intuit account. Yes, you'll need to use the same credentials when you log in to the Intuit account. This way, we can ensure you're able to open the Receipt Management.
Once done, follow the steps below to upload your receipts:
- Go to the Vendor menu, then select Receipt Management.
- Choose the Intuit Account you use for the company file.
- Note: If you don’t have permission to access the company file or your account isn’t associated with one, here’s what to do.
- Drag and drop your receipts into QuickBooks or select browse to upload, then select your receipts.
