You also need to uncheck "Use Enhanced Security".  Make sure basic authentication is allowed on your email account.  This is done within Microsoft 365 admin portal. Set up secure webmail Go to the QuickBooks Edit menu and select Preferences. Select Send Forms. Select Web Mail and Add. Select your provider from the drop-down and enter your email address. Select the Use Enhanced Security checkbox and select OK. (You can uncheck the box if you receive the error message: Network Error. Please try again.) When prompted, sign in to your Intuit account.
