WHY?

Why is the option to undo reconciliation only available in QuickBooks Online Accountant version?

WHY?

When I had regular Quickbooks on my desktop computer, several years ago, I had the ability to undo a reconciliation any time I wanted. I could select any time period, and undo a whole month or a whole year, or whatever.

Then I was forced by Intuit to switch to QBO and pay a monthly subscription fee, and I LOST the ability to undo a reconciliation.

As should be entirely clear from all these questions and comments, your users are extremely unhappy with what is such an obvious and transparent cash grab by Intuit. You took away a feature that we always had and now just glibly say "oh, you have to have your accountant do that for you" or "you can upgrade your account if you want to be able to do that".

WHY?

Why was that feature taken away, when it previously was a standard feature, available to us small business owners?

Oh, I know why: because Quickbooks sucks.
