I was one of the original posts about this issue. I am here to let you know do NOT bother going through QB to get this issue resolved. after 5 weeks of HELL!!! Call after call to QB and I was still experiencing crashing and lost work. I was beyond frustrated and ended up taking a loss in pay, so my boss didn't feel like I was screwing him over on labor hours, due to "troubleshooting" DAILY.. I called our IT Specialist; There is a firewall that needed to be adjusted and our IT person said there was no way I could have fixed the issue. the issue was on our end with our firewall.
This maybe something QB team may need to explore. Our IT Specialist said I was not the only client they had to fix this issue for. QB, ya'll charge way too much to have issues like this one.
I am want to become a QB Pro Advisor and learn as much as i can about this software; I will admit that latest hiccup was very disappointing.
