I appreciate you coming back and letting us know that the error is still occurring but your sample company file seems to be working fine. Allow me to point you in the right direction to get this error taken care of. 

 

Since you've tried all the troubleshooting steps listed in this link and the clean install, I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team for further assistance. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu. 
  2. Tap the QuickBooks Desktop Help option. 
  3. Click the Contact Us button or hyperlink. 
  4. Give a brief description of the issue and hit Let's talk
  5. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback
