This happens to me all the time the program randomly shuts down.  In the beginning, it was only when I would print a check or a report.  After i click print, it would hang and then the whole program would shut down, it's very frustrating.  I've had 3 different technicians working on it, the last one seemed as though he was doing a tutorial in the background (working from home).  I think i knew more about the software than he did.  The first technician told me it was because i was using Chrome browser ?? I had to use MS IE as my default browser. I have no idea why the browser had anything to do with it.  I have used the tool hub several times as well as the file doctor.  Everytime it would shut down, i would submit under the help screen, to "report a bug", Now i can't even do that because there is a "scrip error" that won't let me report anything.  I feel helpless now.  It is still shutting down randomly not just when i am printing.  I don't have more hours to sit on the phone and have someone look at the screen and tell me try this, try that. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 2 times, to no avail. It's still shutting down whenever it wants to.  This is the worst version of QB ever, and i have been using QB since 2005.  They changed the upgrade option to subscription now, can't buy the software outright and use it for a few years, now they will charge me every year a hefty amount and i am not very pleased with this newest version QB pro plus 2022.
