Hi, Thank you so much for aiding me. I should have been more specific. It's the name I am trying to change in the billing address. Due to the way QBO works, every job for a client/customer has to be a "sub-customer" (don't like this behavior in QBO but that's a different issue) so on the invoice, it lists the name of this sub-customer at the top of the billing address. I don't want this, I just want the name of the company that is the "parent" of this "customer"... If I delete, alter or change the name in the billing address on the invoice, then QBO puts the name of the sub-customer back in as soon as I select save. No way to send an invoice with an altered name in the billing address.

I use Firefox on both my mac and PC. I clear caches and cookies every time I close Firefox. This issue happened just the same when I used Google Chrome.
