I am a CPA and same thing here. Open a company and immediately it just shuts down. We had it happen in the middle of doing payroll as well strange thing is it just started happening in the last  3 weeks extremely aggravating  I am very disappointed we have been with quickbooks software for over 15 yrs so its not an isolated problem we just upgraded to 22 as well
