Hi there, QikFixc.

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. This isn't the kind of impression that I'd like you to have. I know how precious time is for you, and I recognize the importance of having the option to make all estimates inactive at once or sort the entries by date generated. Please know that QuickBooks Desktop is constantly changing and evolving based largely on the requests of users. With that, I'll ensure you can send feedback so our product developers can consider adding the feature in the next updates.

For now, the possibility to mark the estimates inactive can only be done individually. Then, you'll have to manually click the date drop-down arrow so you'll be able to select a specific date. With this, I encourage you to submit feedback. These requests and suggestions are forwarded to the Product Development Team for consideration in future updates. To start with, you'll have to go to the Help icon and choose Send Feedback Online.

Lastly, you may refer to this article to view various ways how you can track customer entries that help you organize your cash flow, and track sales, receivables, and profitability more accurately: Get started with customer transaction workflows in QuickBooks Desktop.

I'll be around to help if you have any other questions about this concern, QikFixc. Just let me know by leaving a comment below. Have a nice day ahead.
